9. Credit to Keys report information

When you request a Credit to Keys home buying consultation, we collect the contact information you provide, your consent record, and any credit-report file you choose to upload. Authorized Credit Stephy staff use the report to review your request and prepare and discuss a preliminary plan. We keep uploaded report files in restricted storage, scan them for malware, and maintain an encrypted recovery copy. We remove the report file and its recovery copy after 30 days under the Credit to Keys retention process. Application, consent, and security access records are retained separately; you may contact us at info@creditstephy.com about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

We do not sell, publicly display, or use your credit-report content or credit findings for advertising, and we do not send report content to advertising platforms or marketing notes. SmartCredit® handles its own enrollment and billing under its policies. Credit to Keys does not collect your SmartCredit® password, Social Security number, date of birth, or payment-card details for SmartCredit® enrollment. Any future retrieval of report information from SmartCredit® will require an approved process and your separate consent.
